The members of the 4Dvets team are dynamic, motivated and committed. The colourful mix of different nationalities, age groups, skills and training complement each other to form a well-rounded whole. A flat hierarchy allows for short decision-making processes and a great deal of freedom in terms of competencies and decisions. And last but not least, a strong team spirit is very important to us!

Dr. med. vet. Dipl. Patrick Blättler Monnier

Dr. med. vet. Patrick Blättler Monnier started his work 30 years ago as a general veterinarian before deciding to specialise in canine orthopaedics. In the course of his professional work, he had to realise that the knowledge gained from his studies was not sufficient for the best possible treatment of his patients. The desire to be able to offer the affected animals optimal diagnostic and therapeutic options motivated the veterinarian to develop LupoGait and LupoMove in collaboration with the University of Applied Sciences Northwestern Switzerland. He is also the founder of 4Dvets, which is responsible for the marketing and further development of LupoGait.
Today, Blättler Monniers is also the author of scientific publications (HD classifications, technical requirements for the measurement system, puppy studies, and the LupoMove Puppy Book) in which he was able to disprove some common assumptions about the optimal movement duration and type for puppies and provide solutions for dogs of all ages.

Claudia Lauener Hofer

Claudia is an engineer with 30 years of experience in plastics processing and the food industry. In addition, she is also a member of the steering committee of the AIJN’s Sustainable Juice Pact. In her spare time, she has been a passionate hunting dog hander for many years and can proudly claim to own four dogs by now. 4Dvets has already been able to give one of her four-legged friends a second chance in life. She decided to turn her passion into her profession with the aim of giving veterinarians and orthopaedists access to an alternative diagnostic system.

Cyril Kluxen

Cyril is responsible for all aspects of numbers at 4Dvets. After entering the advisory sector, Cyril Kluxen founded a financial services company specialising in sovereign debt swaps and acted as an intermediary in the debt restructuring process, advising governments and investors on the realisation of foreign direct investment. He worked for many years in both the financial sector and entrepreneurship, specialising in risk financing in the commodities sector and infrastructure projects in Africa and the Middle East. When he heard about our founder’s vision, he was immediately hooked and has been passionate about dog health ever since.

Dana Füngers

Her position as Head of Marketing for the company allows her to combine two of her passions. On the one hand, her private enthusiasm for dogs finds a professional outlet. The topic of dog health is close to her personal heart, because she grew up with dogs and as the happy owner of a Labrador, it is a particular concern of hers to be committed to the physical and emotional well-being of dogs, both professionally and privately. On the other hand, her work at 4Dvets allows her to make use of her expertise and many years of experience as an executive in the marketing sector and working for full-service agencies from a wide range of industries in a creative and exciting way.

Frank Hofer

Frank is a seasoned Chief Executive Officer with proven experience in a wide range of industries: from wood-based materials, packaging, food ingredients, forestry and agribusiness to years of experience as an SAP Senior Consultant SD/CRM. Frank is also specialised in business development and strategy.
Everything to do with dogs is his passion. He serves on the dog commission in Baselland and is a judge for search dogs in Switzerland. Besides, Frank has many years of experience with working dogs and currently owns three dogs.

Sébastien Cabanel

Sébastien is a French digital imaging and vision engineer specialised in development and new technologies. He studied in France, Canada, England and Switzerland and worked in different industries such as car factories, food production lines, luxury goods, military or TV broadcasting. At 4Dvets, he is focusing on the implementation of new cloud technologies to understand all those who are close to our hearts and cannot speak for themselves.

Anna Pöttker

Since her earliest childhood, she has enjoyed the privilege of growing up in the loving environment of many pets. However, it was dogs that have accompanied her throughout her life as loyal companions: from Border Collie and Labrador to a Pointer, she is now the happy owner of a Pomeranian. Her work at 4Dvets offers her the opportunity to combine her private interest in the behaviour and nature of dogs with her creative passion on a professional level. Thanks to her bachelor’s degree in media design, a master’s degree in media and communication management and many years of experience as a designer for digital, print and video, she is now able to use her creative skills for the welfare of dogs.
