Our software engineer, Sébastien Cabanel, will be happy to answer your questions primarily via e-mail and show you step by step how to solve the problem. To make this possible, all our applications contain a link or button from which you can send a direct e-mail to our support and formulate your technical support request.

Problem solving via life session with TeamViewer

At your request, we can access your machine via a remote desktop solution so that Sébastien Cabanel can work with you to solve the problem in a life session directly on your computer. We provide this service by using the remote maintenance software PCVisit.

With a simple click of a button, you can allow or deny access to your machine.

Problem solving via access release in your absence

Should the existing problem prove to be serious and require more time, we are happy to offer you the option of creating an imitation of your account as an alternative. In this case, with your consent, Sébastien Cabanel will work with your data and investigate the problem in your absence. This way, you can do your work in peace and we will contact you as soon as the solution has been found.
